SICA uses the information you submit to manage participation, respond to your message, and send updates if you request them. SICA may describe participation in aggregate, but it will not publicly identify you or your business in a filing, story, or outreach without permission. Form submissions are handled through the site's service providers and are accessible only to Andrew at launch. Privacy, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe requests may be sent to info@sicalliance.org.

What Happens Next

Business members

SICA adds accepted business members to its internal roster. Business applicants are manually confirmed before being counted. The public site does not automatically display member names.

Supporters

Supporters may receive occasional updates but are not counted as participating businesses.

Resources

The current compliance guides are available immediately on the Compliance page; no email delivery is required.

Permission before identification

SICA will ask before publicly using your name, business name, quotation, or individual enforcement story. SICA may use non-identifying aggregate information to describe the geographic breadth of participation.
